We recently completed a project involving the rearation of column . The process included the following steps:

We examined the column to determine the extent of the damage and identify areas needing repair. Gather all necessary materials, including wooden boards, metal sheets, nails, screws, paint, primer, and tools.Our technitian carefully removed any damaged or decayed parts of the column, including old boards and rusted metal sheets.

Measure, cut, and installed new wooden board to replace the damaged one and secure it using screws. Then we attached the metal sheets to reinforce the structure. Ensured they were properly aligned and securely fastened. Smoothed out any rough edges or surfaces on the new boards and metal sheets to be able to apply a coat of primer to prepare the surfaces for painting.

Finally, our tech applied the first coat of paint evenly over the entire column. After the first coat dries, apply a second coat for a more polished and durable finish. We Inspected the repaired column to ensure all work has been done correctly and meets quality standards.
