Door Canopy Reparation Home Depot Miami

This project involved the comprehensive repair and refurbishment of an existing door canopy. The canopy had sustained  structural damaged, caused by a truck. The repair utilized a combination of aluminum sheets, plywood, fiberglass patching, and paint to restore structural integrity and enhance the canopy’s appearance.

The canopy was thoroughly inspected to determine the extent of damage and plan the repair strategy.Damaged and deteriorated section of the canopy was carefully removed.  Where structural support was compromised, plywood sheeting was cut and fitted to reinforce the existing framework.

The surface was patched using fiberglass resin and matting, creating a durable and weather resistant repair. Also the affected area required new cladding and reinforcement that was covered with custom cut aluminum sheets. These sheets were fastened securely to the underlying structure, providing a durable and weather-resistant surface.

All surface was thoroughly cleaned and sanded to ensure proper paint adhesion. 03 coats of high quality, weather resistant paint was applied to the reapired area, ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish. Finally necessary touch ups were performed to ensure a flawless finish.
